Call for Proposals & Criteria
All submissions for the IACET 3rd Annual CE/T Conference must be submitted through the ProposalSpace platform. When submitting a Proposal, it is critical that all Presenter information is fully completed and updated.

Key Dates and Deadlines
- Call for Proposals Opens | March 15, 2022
- Call for Proposals Closes | June 8, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET
- Proposal Review Begins | June 1, 2022
- Proposal Review Concludes | June 31, 2022
- Notification of Accepted Proposals | July 13, 2022
- Deadline for Presenter Registration | August 5, 2022
Deadlines may be shifted based on the discretion of IACET Staff and the number of proposals received. Changes modified to the Proposal Review, Conclusion, or Notification of Acceptance will be communicated to Proposal Submitters ahead of time.
Proposal Peer Review Criteria
IACET Proposal Reviewers will peer review and score proposals based on the following criteria:
- Alignment and connection to the identified track.
- Informative and innovative Session Title, Description, and Objectives.
- Applicable and relevant learning outcomes.
- Well-defined format and demonstrated expertise of the presenter.
- Minimal spelling, grammar, and typographical errors.
All proposals are submitted for peer review based on the Track identified by the submitter. Available conference slots are filled by the highest-ranked proposal based on schedule availability. Submitted proposals are subject to revision or modification based on recommendation of Reviewers, to include title or description updates, presentation format, or combination of like presentations. Presenters shall be notified of changes and requests during the Selection Notification process.
