The Nominations and Elections Committee is seeking nominations from the membership to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors. Directors serve a three-year term beginning on October 1, 2022. Directors will be invited to attend the 2022 Annual Board meeting (September 13, 2022).
Key considerations for nominees should include years of service and past contributions to IACET, as well as the ability to lead IACET in the years to come. Board members actively participate on and chair committees and task forces, provide leadership and vision to develop and implement policy and projects, oversee the financial health of the organization, and represent IACET to the public.
Candidates may self-nominate or be nominated by another IACET Affiliate. In either case, the nominee must agree to accept the nomination and complete the nomination form and other required documentation.
Completed application packages are due by April 20, 2022, at 5:00pm ET. Any nominations submitted after the deadline will not be considered for the Director position.
All candidate documentation will be reviewed by the Nominations and Election Committee and a slate of candidates will be chosen.
