IACET Forms New Communications Taskforce for Identifying CE/T Trends and Issues
IACET is excited to announce the formation of a new Communications Taskforce for 2017 that focuses on identifying, authoring, and/or preparing relevant digital content on the latest trends and issues in continuing education and training (CE/T). Members of this exciting new taskforce will be expected to identify and/or contribute to blog articles, research papers, and other relevant content that provides value to IACET's membership. Expectations for potential appointees include conference calls every two months and production and/or editing and compilation of at least one to three resources throughout the year for IACET's publications. IACET CEO, Joe McClary said, “we are excited about the new communications taskforce as it should be a rewarding experience for participants and a great resource to members. Taskforce members will be among the best in their field to identify CE/T topics professionals need to know about.”
Members who would like to participate can login in at IACET.org and click “Committees”, “Committee Signup” and choose “Communications Taskforce” from the list of available workgroups. Signups will be open through mid-December. Appointments will be made by the first of the year.
