This introductory Open Digital Badge e-learning course is designed to be the first step to fill the badging knowledge niche in an adult learning organization.  Filling the badging knowledge niche will provide organizations with new opportunities to promote their learning events, increase engagement and learner retention while also providing learners with a valuable portable credential of which they can be proud.
