Most email clients provide a safe sender or whitelist option for trusted contacts in the address book. To ensure you recieve critical information from IACET's automated messaging systems, you will want to add us to your address book. Once you've added us as a trusted contact can update your profile to remove the blocked address flag and let our system know its safe to send emails to you.

If your organization uses a gateway spam filter (e.g., Barracuda, Symantech, SpamTitan, etc.), you may need to contact your organization's IT support and request whitelisting for messages emails sent from no-reply@o1.ams-mail.iacet.org and IP Address 168.245.79.232 to ensure that you receive all communications from our system.
IACET uses a third-party to send webinar confirmation emails with links to join the webinar. To ensure your receive webinar confirmation emails, add no-reply@zoom.us to your Safe Sender's list or organization's gateway spam filter.
